For couture (made-to-measure) orders, simply email your query to info@naynaonline.com, and within 24-48 hours, our customer support representative will get back to you and guide you thereafter. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, plus if you order $300 of merchandise, you might also qualify for free shipping. When you place an order with Nayna, we will estimate the shipping date for you, based on the shipping option you chose. Our intention is to keep every customer informed so as to the status of their order(s).
