Is online purchasing secure in Pakistan?

Is the information I sent kept confidential?

How do you calculate postage and packaging costs?


P&P costs are calculated as per the international exchange rates. The international markets are reviewed every quarter for pricing purposes. The first weight starts on a per kg basis, and then rates calculated thereafter are based on 1/2kg incremental increases.


Do you accept Paypal?

Where are you based?


Our flagship studio is based out of Lahore, Pakistan. We have international franchise partners as per the list under the 'contact us' page of our website. Franchise partners are fully authorized to distribute and sell all Nayna products.


What is your refund policy?


If there is any complaint due to poor workmanship, we will be happy to offer a refund so long as verifiable evidence is shown. Alternatively, we will also be happy to replace / repair your outfits at no additional costs
